My name is Rachel Hannon. I was born in Hawaii but spent the majority of my childhood in Savannah, Georgia and Scottsdale, Arizona. I was able to fulfill my dream of becoming teacher by attending Arizona State's Mary Lou Fulton teachers college. I graduated Summa Cum Laude and received a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, as well as an endorsement in Structured English Immersion.
My teaching experience includes both General and Special Education in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First grade, and Special Education in Kindergarten and grades 4-6 within the Paradise Valley School District. I feel very privileged to continue my teaching career within the Paradise Valley School District. I cannot express how excited I am to be apart of both the Liberty and Desert Springs family this 2017-2018 school year. When I am not teaching, I enjoy being outdoors or playing with my two Golden Doodles, Beau and Luke!
